In the time Petpals of Crowthorne have been looking after my three pets (two cats and a dog), they have shown themselves to be a thoroughly professional company. The initial meeting to set up the petcare was thorough, easy and conducted by the owner of the branch at my home. He explained all of the aspects to the care in simple terms and after this meeting he efficiently processed my request, calling me up later to check that I had no other new questions since his visit. The care provided was flexible and tailored to produce the best care for my pets. The care took into consideration my personal wishes and ensured that there was little or no disturbance to my pets lives. Any alterations I have had to make with the care, due to personal circumstances, were actioned quickly and efficiently. Petpals of Crowthorne always ensured that I was happy with the care my pets were receiving and kept in contact with me throughout the duration I used their services. In short, Petpals of Crowthorne has allowed me to be worry free about the care of my pets. I would have no reservation in recommending them to my friends and family alike. Mr Dommett
Melissa from Petpals Hook has looked after our young cats several times, and we are happy to recommend her services. Whenever we go away we return to find spotlessly clean litter tray & food dishes, and to two very happy & healthy animals. The additional services offered, such as opening & closing curtains and turning on lights, are a convenient way of increasing security while we are on holiday. Melissa is very thorough and obviously loves animals, which we found very reassuring when leaving her in charge of our 14 week old kittens.
Melissa of Petpals Hook has been walking my dog Jess on a weekly basis for almost a year and I'm extremely happy with the service provided. She has been reliable, professional and flexible. I've never had to worry about Jess as I know she is being well cared for and always thoroughly enjoys her walks and has lots of fun. Melissa has always been able to help out when work commitments have arisen, even at short notice, giving me peace of mind. We would just like to thank you again for all your visits to our golden retriever Lana while we lived in the UK. Your service was very reliable and it gave us great peace of mind knowing that you were seeing her everyday. You always called if she seemed unwell and also helped us out at short notice when the need arose. And most importantly, Lana absolutely loved the walks and looked forward to you coming each day!
We have used Matt and Maria at Pet Pals for the past two and a half years. All their carers are fantastic. Our dogs Mabel and Margot seem to really love it. They go for amazing walks, get fed and loved and cared for, they also are really good at following our eldest dog, Mabel's medication. Matt and Maria make sure that Mabel and Margot follow their usual routine. They have been so fantastic at taking them in at such short notice as we have to go away on business quite often. It is such a relief to know they are there for us all. I never ever worry about their welfare as they so clearly enjoy themselves. Any one who has not tried pet Pals should, it's far kinder than kennels and no one else will look after your dogs better. Sarah Parham
Matt and Maria have been truly amazing with our two precious cats. Matt and Maria are fantastic and very articulate, they leave you a Daily event log with what they have done and how many cuddles were given xx. When we get back from our trips the house is fantastic, the litter tray is perfect and all is clean and smelling fresh too. These are two people i can definaltly recommend. Faye Avery

Jan has been helping us look after Jake, our Springer Spaniel for the last six months. She cares for him 2 days each week and has also helped us out other times on an ad hoc basis. From the outset it was clear that Jan loved her work and was genuinely interested in getting to know Jake, which was really important to us as he was only 3 months old at the time. We have been delighted with the service Jan provides. It's reliable, flexible and we feel confident that Jake is being well looked after while we're not there. It's also been great for socialising him and he seems to have a great time while he's there. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jan and Petpals to anyone looking for care for their pet. I can thoroughly recommend Jan from Petpals, Winchester, in her work as a dog-sitter and dog-walker after she has house-sat for my 3 dogs for week while we were on holiday. I have 2 terriers and 1 staffie-cross and the pack are quite challenging. She was highly professional in her care and management of the dogs, and on my return from holiday I found the house in a cleaner state than I had left it so would happily ask her to house-sit or dog-walk for me again. On my return, the dogs were clearly used to lots of attention and enjoyable walks, and I have found Jan's canine knowledge as well as her down-to-earth approach very valuable.
